CEO of NPA, Edudzi Tamakloe, Assesses Petroleum Facilities

The Acting Chief Executive of the National Petroleum Authority (NPA), Godwin Edudzi Kudzo Tamakloe, has toured petroleum product installations in Tema.

He was accompanied by his deputy, Dr Sheila Addo and other management staff of the Authority,

Purpose
The purpose of the visit was to give the Chief Executive a comprehensive understanding of the operations at these facilities.

The first stop was at Ghana Petroleum Mooring Systems Limited (GPMS), where the team examined offshore installations, including the Single Point Mooring (SPM) system, the All-Buoy Berth (ABB) system, and the Tema Oil Jetty, a multi-purpose terminal for loading and discharging various petroleum products.

Next, the team visited Ghana Bunkering Services, which primarily handles the supply of marine gas oil (MGO) to fishing vessels and trawlers.
